Technical employee and foreman for Equisport Projects
Equisport Projects · Technical employee and working foreman

Multiple positions, each with its own profile
Dirk Neerincx of Equisport Projects was looking for a technical employee and a working foreman.
People who are technically skilled AND have a heart for equestrian facilities, who value safety, sustainability, and quality, and are willing to thoroughly test products.
Equisport Projects realizes equestrian facilities such as surfaces, riding arenas, and stable equipment. The technical employee builds and installs on site; the working foreman does the same and also supervises the team. The work combines groundwork, technical skills, and knowledge of what horse and rider need.

Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what can grow within the company. Responses are followed up per position, so that each candidate is discussed for the correct vacancy.
The message contains, per position, the things candidates pay attention to: the content of the work, the working hours, the responsibility, and the development opportunities.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region, so that even professionals who are not actively looking see the work. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will be taken into account, so that every conversation is about the right people.
