Multiple positions, each with its own profile
Saskia Vos of Rutjes Paardenboxen was looking for a mechanic, a planner, and an account manager.
The company wanted one partner who could fill both technical and office functions, with attention to quality.
Rutjes builds horse stalls and stable equipment. The technician installs the stables at customers' locations, the planner coordinates production and installation with each other, and the account manager advises horse owners and companies on their setup. Three roles in one chain, from sales to installation. Each role requires its own type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what can grow within the company. Responses are followed up per position, so that each candidate is discussed for the correct vacancy.
The message contains, per position, the things candidates pay attention to: the content of the work, the working hours, the responsibility, and the development opportunities.
