Fietsvoordeelshop, under the leadership of Rutger Pronk, was looking for bicycle mechanics and mobile bicycle mechanics to support the growth and branches in the Netherlands and to maintain the service quality.
A bicycle mechanic maintains and repairs bicycles and e-bikes: brakes, gears, wheels, and increasingly electronics, motors, and batteries. A mobile bicycle mechanic does this at the customer's home or workplace, from a stocked van. Customers want their bike back quickly, so craftsmanship, speed, and customer interaction go hand in hand. Due to the rise of e-bikes, the demand for good bicycle mechanics has grown significantly.
Showing the work in the workshop and on the road
For bicycle mechanics, we make clear in the campaign which work is central, how the workshop and mobile service relate to each other, and how independently the mechanic works. A mechanic immediately recognizes the trade.
The job vacancy appeals to experienced bicycle mechanics and technically skilled people who want to learn the profession. We specify what is immediately needed and what can be taught within the company.
