An assembly mechanic for Lenco
Lenco (Next LP Group) in Schijndel was looking for an assembly fitter.
Assembly with precision
Lenco at Schijndel, part of Next LP Group, was looking for an assembly fitter for production: someone who works accurately and is technically skilled.
During assembly, parts must come together in the correct order and with the proper accuracy. The technician reads work instructions and drawings, assembles mechanical and sometimes electrical components, checks the result, and identifies deviations before a product moves on. Mistakes at the beginning become expensive later. That is why this position requires technical insight, precision, and the patience to do each step correctly.
The assembly work in focus
For an assembly technician, we concretely specify in the campaign which products are assembled, what technical experience is required, and how independently someone works. A technician wants to know what they are getting into. This way, a mechanic can immediately see if the job suits them.
We distinguish between what is already required, such as technical insight and reading drawings, and what can be learned within the company. This way, the vacancy also appeals to technicians from other fields who want to make the switch to assembly.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to function and region around Schijndel, so that even mechanics who are not actively searching see it. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will be taken into account, so that the conversation is about the work itself.
One placement
For the position of assembly fitter, the recruitment led to one placement. Lenco, part of Next LP Group, thus has extra staffing for assembly at Schijndel. Other campaign figures are not recorded for this case.
