An operator for the dredging truck
Machinery work with the suction excavator in Northeast Brabant.

Vacuum excavation requires a specialized craftsman
Lucassen Grondwerken was looking for a driver for the suction truck, for work in the Northeast Brabant region.
A suction excavator is used where digging with a crane is too rough or too risky: around cables and pipes, near tree roots, or in tight urban spaces. The operator vacuums away soil with a heavy vacuum hose, operates the assembly and tilting of the tank, and continuously coordinates with the people in the trench. Controlled work and awareness of what lies underground are more important than speed.
The equipment and the region in focus
Operators for a suction excavator are scarce and usually not actively looking. Our approach is to show the equipment and the work concretely: the type of vehicle, the locations where it is used, and the collaboration with the team on site.
Experience on a vacuum truck is a plus, but drivers or operators with other earthmoving equipment can also learn the trade. By clearly naming this, the group of possible candidates will grow without the profile becoming vague.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region, so that even professionals in Northeast Brabant who are not looking will see it. In the future, machine experience, driving license, and availability will be taken into account, so that Lucassen sits at the table with the right people.
