A driver for Maatschap Bezu
Maatschap Bezu · Truck and tractor driver

Driving with responsibility
Maatschap Bezu was looking for a truck and tractor driver.
At an agricultural company, a driver operates both trucks and tractors. He transports products and materials on the road, works with tractors and agricultural implements in the field, and helps during the season wherever needed. That combination requires the right driving licenses, experience with agricultural machinery, and flexibility. Experienced CE drivers are scarce, and many transport companies are looking for the same profile.
Making the work behind the wheel concrete
For driver positions, we make it clear in the campaign what is being driven, with what equipment, which trips and working hours are involved, and how often someone is home. A driver can then estimate in advance whether it suits them.
The job vacancy appeals to experienced CE drivers and drivers with a C license who want to advance. We specify which documents are required, such as code 95, and what the company teaches itself.
The message includes the things a driver pays attention to: the type of trips, working hours, the vehicle, and the number of days he sleeps at home.
The campaign reaches candidates multichannel, also outside the well-known job sites. Each response is assessed on experience, expectations, and availability, so that the employer’s time goes to the right conversations.
