An air conditioning technician for RW Airconditioning
Climate technology from Zwolle.
Installation and maintenance of climate systems
RW Airconditioning in Zwolle was looking for an air conditioning technician for the assembly and maintenance of climate systems.
With air conditioning, installation and technical adjustment come together. The technician installs indoor and outdoor units, lays cooling pipes, vacuums and fills the system, and adjusts it for the customer. For this, F-gas certification and knowledge of electricity and refrigeration technology are required. Because the work often takes place at customers' homes or in companies, a neat working method and good customer contact are also part of it.
Making the work concrete
For an air conditioning mechanic, in the campaign we specify which systems are installed, what experience and certification are required, and how customer contact takes place. In a tight market, a mechanic chooses consciously; then the vacancy must tell him something. This way he immediately recognizes his profession.
We distinguish between what is already required and what can be learned within the company. This way, the vacancy also appeals to installation mechanics and electricians who want to specialize in climate technology.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region around Zwolle, so that even technicians who are not actively looking see it. In the future, certification, experience, expectations, and availability will matter, so that RW Airconditioning speaks with the right people.
Three placements
For the position of air conditioning mechanic, the recruitment resulted in three placements. RW Airconditioning thus has additional mechanic capacity for the assembly and maintenance of climate systems from Zwolle. No specific number of candidates is recorded.
