A work planner and receptionist for Spijkers
Two positions behind the scenes of a growing roofing company.

A roofing company also runs on office work
Marcel van Spijkers Roofing, part of Spijkers Roof Group, wanted to scale up the company.
Two people were needed for this who were not on the roof: a work planner and a receptionist. The pressure to fill these positions was high.
A growing roofing company also runs on office work. The work planner makes the work executable: measuring, ordering materials, coordinating scaffolding and planning. The receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, quotes, and appointments. Two roles each with their own profile, stemming from the same growth question.

Two positions, two profiles
For two such different positions, we work with two separate campaigns. A work planner with roofing experience looks for different signals than someone seeking customer contact and agenda management; the message, the image, and the channels are tailored accordingly.
For the work planner, it is about technical knowledge of roofing systems and the overview to complete projects. For the reception, it is about customer orientation, calmness on the phone, and the willingness to learn the language of the roofers.
Both campaigns run multichannel, tailored to role and region, so that even people who are not actively searching can see them. From now on, experience, expectations, and availability will also be taken into account, separately for each role, so that every response is discussed for the correct vacancy.

Two placements out of 45 candidates
With two campaigns, 45 candidates applied for the two positions. This led to two placements: a work planner and a receptionist. This has strengthened the staffing behind the scenes of the roofing company in two places.
"Nice party to work with! Clear and deliver what they promise."
