A crane operator and estimator-executor
Sturris Laren filled two roles: one on the machine, one in preparation.
Equipment and preparation
Sturris Laren B.V.
is a versatile family business from Laren in Gelderland, with agricultural and private clients in the Lochem region and a modern machinery park. The company was looking for a crane operator who is technically strong and fits into the company culture, and also a estimator-executor.
In earthworks, equipment and preparation come together. The crane operator works outside, on earthmoving for yards, plots, or ditches. The estimator-executor calculates the work, schedules it, and supervises the execution. Two roles that need each other, each with its own profile.
Two targeted recruitment stories
For two such different positions, we work with two targeted campaigns. A crane operator wants to know what equipment they will work on and what kind of work they will do; a estimator-executor seeks insight into the projects, the responsibility, and coordination with the field service.
The modern machinery and the family character of Sturris are strong points to show. For an operator who wants to work with good equipment in a fixed team, that sometimes says more than a job title.
Both campaigns run multichannel, tailored to position and region around Laren and Lochem, so that even professionals who are not actively searching can see them. In the future, each position will be assessed for experience, expectations, and availability, independently of each other.
