A groundworker for Van de Heg Infra

Groundwork in infrastructure
Van de Heg Infra B.V.
in Lunteren was looking for a ground worker for the infrastructure projects: a professional who manages the work around the machine on the ground properly.
A groundworker is the link between the machine and the work that must be done precisely. He lays out, checks heights, places cables and pipes in the trench, compacts the soil, and ensures that the machine operator can work safely. Without a good groundworker, a crane goes just a bit too deep or too far. The work is physical, outdoors and in all seasons, and requires someone who looks ahead and speaks the language of the team.
Making the work outside recognizable
For earthworkers, we make clear in the campaign what a day outside entails: the type of projects, the equipment you work alongside, and the composition of the team. An experienced earthworker recognizes their work, and someone who wants to learn the trade sees where they can start.
In doing so, we specify which experience is immediately required, such as working safely around the crane and setting out at heights, and what can be taught within the company. This broadens the group of candidates without blurring the profile.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region around Lunteren, so that even earthworkers in a permanent job see it. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will be considered, so that the conversations with Van de Heg focus on suitable people.
