Airwallex is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to lead high-stakes enterprise deals across EMEA. This role involves negotiating strategic partnerships, developing scalable legal processes, and advising commercial leadership on go-to-market strategies.

• Lead negotiations on high-stakes enterprise commercial and strategic partnership deals across EMEA
• Develop and implement scalable templates, playbooks, and processes
• Advise commercial leadership on go-to-market and multi-product deal strategies
• Leverage technology and data to increase efficiency of commercial legal function
• Collaborate with global legal, compliance, and risk teams on multi-jurisdictional deals
• Contribute positively to team and company culture

Wat je meebrengt

• 5-8 years of legal experience with top law firm background
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and writing skills
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deals
• High motivation and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset, integrity, and sound judgment

Mooi meegenomen

• In-house experience at a fintech
• Experience in fintech, banking, or high-growth global company
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and SaaS agreements
• French, German, or Spanish language skills
