Airwallex is looking for a Manager, Growth Lifecycle to own the growth strategy for self-serve small-business customers in EMEA. In this role, you will lead lifecycle strategy, build scalable journeys, and drive end-to-end campaign execution and optimization. You will take ownership of growth metrics and lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap.

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years experience leading growth initiatives across customer lifecycle
Experience in product-led growth environment
Strong analytical skills with data interpretation
Experience with high volumes of data
Hands-on experience with lifecycle or CRM programmes
Experience running A/B tests

Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech or product-led growth
Experience with AI-enabled tools or workflow automation
Experience with SQL or close collaboration with data teams
Hands-on experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
Experience working across global markets
