Over de functie

AniCura Group is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive marketing performance and customer experience through data analysis and reporting. You will work with senior stakeholders and international teams to shape how insights are used across the organization.

Provide analysis, reporting and forecasting for marketing decisions
Build and maintain dashboards for senior stakeholders
Design and support incrementality testing across marketing channels
Analyze customer retention, repeat bookings and lifetime value
Support development of end-to-end pet owner journey
Partner with data teams to access and maintain datasets

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field
3-5 years experience in data analytics, performance measurement or marketing analytics
Experience in multi-market or international environment
Advanced experience with SQL, Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience with marketing and web analytics tools, ideally Funnel.io
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, customer modeling and segmentation

Mooi meegenomen

Experience in service-driven industry such as healthcare or veterinary
Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing and marketing attribution
Knowledge of customer experience measurement frameworks like NPS, CSAT and CES
Experience with Voice of Customer platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia
