Horizon3ai is seeking a Customer Success Associate to serve as the primary technical advisor for mid-market customers in Amsterdam. You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering onboarding and ongoing support for the NodeZero platform.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers as primary post-sales technical advisor
Deliver technical onboarding and enablement for NodeZero platform
Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions
Partner with IT and security teams to interpret pentest results and guide remediation
Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to drive retention and growth
Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews

Wat je meebrengt

3+ years in Customer Success or similar role in SaaS cybersecurity
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles
Strong customer acumen and ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders
Experience managing a book of business with revenue targets
Based in the Netherlands and able to work hybrid in Amsterdam office
English fluency required

Deep understanding of enterprise security, cloud, or offensive security
Startup or high-growth company experience
Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
Comfortable with Salesforce, Gainsight, and JIRA
