Optics11 is a fast-growing deep-tech scale-up in Amsterdam, looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join their international team. In this role, you will develop and execute test plans for electronic boards and sub-systems, design test setups, and perform various types of testing. You will also work on Python-based test automation and support prototype assembly.

- Perform environmental, stability, and robustness testing
- Develop Python-based test automation
- Support prototype assembly, soldering, and fiber handling
- Analyze test results and investigate hardware failures
Wat je meebrengt
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Applied Physics
- 2+ years experience in hardware testing or test engineering
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments
- Experience executing test plans and documenting results
- Good soldering and rework skills for SMD components
- Python skills for test automation and data analysis
