Airwallex is looking for a People Operations Manager to lead the regional People Operations function in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for EMEA and drive operational excellence through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

- Lead and develop the regional People Operations function
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for EMEA
- Drive operational excellence by codifying SOPs and managing the helpdesk queue
- Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, and Compliance
- Run data audits and improve data integrity
- Support benefits administration and process improvements
Wat je meebrengt
- 6+ years in People Operations or HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries
- Familiarity with payroll processes including variable compensation
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Familiarity with BambooHR, Deel, Jira, Confluence, Lattice, Slack, Google Workspace
- Experience supporting EOR populations
- Experience with HR systems implementation or automation
- Experience partnering with Workplace Experience
- Professional HR qualification
