Bynder is looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to lead its unified operations function in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will partner with commercial leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Lead unified operations function covering Revenue Operations, Business Applications, and Customer Insights
Partner with commercial leadership on pipeline, forecasting, and sales capacity
Operationalise growth levers like retention and expansion
Deliver Salesforce 2.0 including CPQ and GTM application stack
Govern data and metric definitions with Finance and Internal Analytics
Embed AI and agentic tooling across commercial stack and workflows

Wat je meebrengt

12+ years in Revenue Operations or commercial operations in high-growth B2B SaaS
Several years in senior leadership
Proven multi-function leader running two or more of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Partner Operations
Strong commercial and financial acumen in ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline, forecasting, pricing, unit economics, and compensation design
Deep Salesforce ecosystem experience with CRM or CPQ transformation track record
Executive presence and ability to hold leadership accountable
