About the job

Lucid Software is looking for an EMEA SMB New Logo Account Executive to drive new business in the Amsterdam office. This role focuses on strategic outbound sales and managing high-volume deals for the SMB segment.

What you will do

Strategically map target accounts and pursue opportunities
Manage high-volume transactional sales cycles from qualification to close
Build and execute proactive outbound strategies
Find new angles and messaging to engage prospects
Combine automation with personalized outreach
Lead discovery and deliver tailored demos

What you bring

1+ years sales closing experience or 2+ years business development/SDR experience in SaaS/tech
Strong outbound track record with multi-channel approach
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
Collaborative and proactive communication skills
Fluent in English
Hybrid work with two days per week in Amsterdam office

Nice to have

Fluent in a Nordic language
Proven ability in competitive high-velocity sales cycles
Experience with Salesforce leads, contacts, and opportunities
Strong organizational skills for managing opportunities and pipeline data
BA/BS degree
