ServiceNow is looking for a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to join their Applied AI team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work directly with customers to build and deploy LLM-enabled applications, creating reusable tools and integrating with legacy systems.
What you will do
- Build LLM-enabled applications with backend, data orchestration, and frontend
- Work onsite with customers to adapt and deploy solutions
- Create reusable libraries, prompts, and scaffolds
- Share feedback with platform and product teams
- Deliver production-ready solutions in agile sprints
- Integrate with legacy systems and ship safely at speed
What you bring
- 10+ years of software engineering
- 2+ years in customer-facing or embedded roles
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- Proven ability to design AI-native software in production
- Backend skills in Python, Node.js, or Java
- Frontend skills in React or Angular
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI into SaaS platforms like ServiceNow or Salesforce
- Track record of production deployments in secure, regulated environments
- Contributions to developer experience tooling or reusable AI scaffolds
