ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Director to lead the CEG EMEA Field Ops team in Amsterdam. You will drive operational strategy and execution across the region, working closely with senior leadership to improve processes and achieve business goals.
What you will do
- Define and execute operational strategy and annual operating plan for CEG across EMEA
- Track metrics, targets, and forecasts for customer success, renewals, and expert services
- Improve operating model, processes, and tooling for field ops team
- Translate global CEG strategy into EMEA-specific priorities
- Partner with Finance and CEG leadership on headcount planning and resource allocation
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
What you bring
- 12+ years of relevant work experience or 7+ years post-MBA
- Prior experience supporting field operations for large distributed post-sale or professional services organization
- Strong data analytics, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be thought and execution partner to senior leaders
- Bias toward action and ownership mentality
- Track record of leading teams and developing talent with inclusive leadership
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree
