About the job
Optics11 is an international scale-up with a meaningful mission, seeking a People Business Partner to support its growth in Amsterdam. In this role, you will advise managers, coach leadership, and develop people practices that drive team performance.
What you will do
- Support managers in building engaged, high-performing teams
- Advise on employee relations and employment legislation
- Coach managers on leadership challenges
- Partner on organisational changes and team development
- Develop scalable people practices
- Collaborate with Recruitment and People Operations
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Around 5-8 years of experience as HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience in growing technology, engineering, manufacturing or deep-tech environment
- Good knowledge of Dutch employment law
- Experience coaching managers on people topics
- Comfortable in international and fast-changing environment
Nice to have
- Experience supporting engineering, R&D or highly technical teams
