About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Katwijk aan Zee. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You will also perform operational tasks and act as backup for the Hub Manager when absent.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as backup for Hub Manager when absent
• Coach team members and maintain hygiene and equipment
• Onboard new riders and pickers

What you bring

• Enjoy working with people
• Hands-on and operations-oriented
• Remain calm under stress and motivate team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
