About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in Venlo. In this role, you will support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety while also performing operational tasks. You act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in when needed.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach riders and pickers on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

• Enjoy working with people
• Hands-on and enjoy operations work
• Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
