About the job
Flink is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to guide orderpickers and riders at their Venlo location. In this role, you ensure service, productivity, and safety during the shift while assisting riders on site.
What you will do
- Guide orderpickers and riders
- Ensure service, productivity and safety during shift
- Assist riders on site
- Handle inventory, inbound and order picking
- Check bike fleet for damage
- Train new riders and pickers
What you bring
- Hands-on and enjoys working in operations
- Remains calm and can motivate a team
- Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail or catering
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
