Mozilla is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join the team that builds and operates the software and systems behind Firefox engineering. In this remote role, you'll own complex technical problems end-to-end and collaborate across engineering, cloud, and IT teams.

- Design, build, deploy, and operate software and systems supporting Firefox engineering
- Contribute to developer tooling, CI/CD, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development tools
- Own complex technical problems end-to-end across software, cloud, and operational layers
- Work with Firefox engineering, Cloud Engineering, IT, and other teams to solve cross-boundary problems
- Use telemetry, metrics, and data analysis to investigate problems and guide engineering decisions
- Contribute to architecture and technical strategy, identifying recurring problems and solutions
Wat je meebrengt
- Strong software engineering skills
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating production systems
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building and operating production systems in cloud environments with infrastructure as code like Terraform
- Experience in areas such as CI/CD, containers, orchestration, networking, databases, observability, or developer tooling
- Experience using data, telemetry, and metrics to investigate technical problems
