Vitestro is a medical technology company based in Utrecht. As Head of European Commercial, you will lead the company's commercial expansion across Europe and the UK, building a high-performing sales organization and driving growth.

Lead commercial growth across Europe and the UK
Develop new business and build a high-performing European sales organization
Establish disciplined opportunity qualification and account planning
Implement pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting
Coach the existing team and define priority hiring needs
Strengthen coordination with cross-functional teams

Wat je meebrengt

Master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field
10-15 years of progressive sales and commercial leadership in medical technology
Success building and scaling high-performing commercial organizations
Proven sales success with capital equipment or complex medical solutions
Expertise in leading multi-stakeholder healthcare CAPEX sales cycles
Fluency in Dutch and English

Mooi meegenomen

Commercial experience in laboratory medicine or diagnostics
Experience launching disruptive medical technologies
Experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling company
Fluency in one or more additional European languages
