The work and the garage in view
For a vacancy like this, we make the work concrete: which cars come in, which tasks does a mechanic carry out, and what experience is required? This way, a professional can immediately recognize if the position suits him.
The employer story connects that position with the garage in Erpe-Mere. A candidate sees where they will work and with whom.
We work multichannel: we bring that story to the attention of mechanics in the region through multiple channels, even if they are not actively looking. This way, the vacancy also reaches professionals who already have a job.
