A camper mechanic within one month
Targeted reinforcement for the Volkswagen California specialist in Dalfsen.
A mechanic for the world of the California
A Volkswagen California is a car and a place to stay while traveling.
At Josh Schippers Campers in Dalfsen, it's all about these camper vans. That specialization also determined the search for a new camper mechanic.
The company was looking for someone who matched its own level of service and expertise. Filling the open position proved difficult. There was a need for a recruitment partner who understood the specific personnel requirements and could work on them in a targeted way.
The challenge was thus in the fit: finding a mechanic who matches a company where the California is central.
Specialization as a starting point
The specialization of Josh Schippers Campers was the starting point. Recruitment had to connect to a recognizable workplace: a company dedicated to Volkswagen California camper vans. That gives a candidate more guidance than just the job title camper mechanic.
Based on personnel needs, we focused the approach on a suitable candidate flow. Understanding the specific wishes was important to arrive at a fitting match. Service, expertise, and alignment with the company were central in this.
We use a multichannel approach to bring the employer story to attention through multiple channels. At Josh Schippers Campers, that story gets its own content through the California specialization. In this way, the world that the new colleague enters is central to the recruitment.
