Five car mechanics for the branches of Profile
Three campaigns for first and second auto mechanics yielded 66 candidates.

Technicians needed at multiple locations
At Profile a car comes in for maintenance, tires, or a repair, and it must be done well and leave on time.
Experienced technicians are needed for that. Profile was looking for first and second car mechanics for various locations.
At several locations the need was high: technicians were needed immediately. That made the demand broader than one vacancy in one place.
There was another factor at play. An auto mechanic is different from a tire mechanic. The recruitment had to make that distinction clear so that the right professionals felt addressed.
Each campaign with its own scope
The recruitment started with an integral customer analysis. Based on a historical dataset, the scope of the campaigns was determined: which branches, which position, and which level. This way, each campaign received its own delimitations instead of one general call.
The difference between a first and a second car mechanic is part of it. The first mechanic independently handles diagnostics and more complex repairs; the second mechanic assists in maintenance and repairs. By clearly defining these roles, the conversation with candidates immediately focused on the right work.
We work with a multichannel approach: the employer's story reaches mechanics via multiple channels, even if they are not actively searching. At Profile, the distinction between car mechanic and tire mechanic remained the common thread.

Five placements from three campaigns
The three campaigns together produced 66 candidates. From these, five placements were made for first and second car mechanics.
For Profile, that meant five new skilled workers for the workshops, distributed across the branches where reinforcement was needed.
