The company was looking for skilled workers for the workshop, the warehouse, and sales through three recruitment processes.
A gearbox mechanic disassembles, measures, overhauls, and tests transmissions until they are back within specifications. A technical specialist searches for faults in mechanics and control systems. The logistics employee ensures that parts arrive on time and are shipped, and the commercial employee helps customers find the right solution. Workshop, warehouse, and sales are closely connected at ZF.
Each trajectory its own message
Each track received its own campaign and its own message. The mechanic and the technical specialist read about the types of transmissions, the measuring and testing equipment, and the training in the profession; the logistics employee about the warehouse and working hours; the commercial employee about the customers and the products.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what ZF can teach itself. In this way, the vacancies also appeal to technicians from the automotive or truck industry who want to specialize in transmissions.
The campaigns run multichannel, tailored to function and region, so that even professionals who are not actively looking can see the work. Responses are followed up per function on experience, expectations, and availability.

The combined program for logistics staff, commercial staff, and gearbox mechanics yielded 41 candidates and 4 placements across three campaigns. The programs have been tracked separately and are not summed up.
