Join Kraft Heinz in Nijmegen as a Process Development Intern to work on emulsified products and new process implementations. You'll gain hands-on experience in pilot plant trials, microbiological testing, and production methods for mayonnaise and emulsions.

Run trials and analysis on emulsified products for new process implementation
Learn about emulsification processing and application for current products
Coordinate pilot plant trials and collaborate with partners
Set up microbiological challenge tests to validate process conditions
Understand current production methods for mayonnaise and emulsions at pilot and factory scale
Define an analytical plan and prepare periodic progress presentations

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor or Master level in food processing technology or food related engineering
Knowledge of general food industry processes, scale up, ingredient interaction, and emulsification
Proactive team player with good communication skills
Curious and organized
Strong English fluency, both written and verbal
Enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load during the internship
