Flexport is looking for a Customs Associate to join their Amsterdam team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance for international shipments. This is an onsite position focused on maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory accuracy.

What you will do

Prepare and file customs clearance documents
Review and organize incoming documents for EU compliance
Classify products using General Rules of Interpretation
Identify potential use of Preferential Trade Agreements
Maintain client relationships with excellent customer service

What you bring

2-5 years current experience in customs
Ability to handle a large volume of entries
Familiarity with customs product classification and rulings
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Next-level logistical problem-solving skills
High level of computer literacy

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
