Lucid Software is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their EMEA team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive technical sales by delivering demonstrations and leading customer pilots. You will act as a product expert while collaborating closely with sales and product teams.

What you will do

Deliver technical demonstrations to enterprise prospects
Conduct deep technical discovery to identify client pain points
Lead customer pilots and onsite workshops
Serve as product subject matter expert for sales and customers
Translate customer feedback to product organization
Optimize solutions engineering operations and create reusable assets

What you bring

5+ years as Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing role
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Adaptable presenter who can pivot from scripted to fluid discussions
Solution-oriented mindset with collaborative problem-solving
Highly collaborative and proactive in cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel for customer visits and conferences

Nice to have

Experience with process strategy and design
Experience with process execution tools like process mining or automation
Continuous learner keeping up with AI and tech trends
Experience with digital transformation in large enterprises
Hands-on coding or advanced data manipulation skills
Fluency in a major European language, German preferred
