Quantware is seeking a Device Metrology Tool Development Lead to manage the critical path of a complex deep-tech project in Delft. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary technical interface for external partners, ensuring system-level decisions are informed by engineering inputs.

What you will do

Identify and manage critical project path
Prioritize tasks based on impact and dependencies
Synthesize engineering inputs for system-level decisions
Coordinate team and cross-functional efforts
Anticipate technical risks and plan contingencies
Act as primary technical interface for external partners

What you bring

4+ years as project lead or systems engineer in deep-tech industry
Master's or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of R&D lifecycle
Exposure to chip characterization, RF/microwave, or cryogenics
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making project decisions
Pragmatic and results-focused communicator
