About the job
Monumental is looking for a Head of People & Performance to join their team in Amsterdam. You will lead special projects across teams and shape how talent is developed and managed. This role is central to building a high-performance culture.
What you will do
- Lead special projects across teams
- Translate team strengths into hiring plans
- Spot talent internally and externally
- Own performance cycles twice a year
- Develop equity and compensation philosophy
- Coach managers and support struggling employees
What you bring
- Quantitative operator with 0→1 experience close to founders
- Fluent with numbers but not reductive
- Problem-solver who drives ambiguous projects
- Suspicious of policy as default
- Curious about people's work
- High personal intensity
Nice to have
- Experience in physical industries like manufacturing or construction
- Dutch language skills
