In this remote role, you will articulate the value of GitLab's DevSecOps platform to prospects and customers, build and maintain a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

Manage a book of mid-market business focusing on new and expansion opportunities
Articulate the value of GitLab's DevSecOps platform to prospects and customers
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and qualification
Document buying criteria, decision processes, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with sales development, customer success, renewals, marketing, and technical teams
Support customer adoption and reduce churn, participate in forecasting and territory planning

What you bring

Experience selling SaaS solutions with value-based conversations to technical and business stakeholders
Ability to manage a mid-market territory from prospecting through close and expansion
Skill in building customer relationships, including discovery, negotiation, and closing
Comfortable with consistent outbound prospecting and maintaining accurate forecasts
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners on account strategies
Clear communication skills and interest in GitLab and software development tools
